How do I apply for the trade account?

Submit your company info and credentials through our online application.  Allow 2 business days for review and processing of your application, after submission.  Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your trade discount code to be used at check out every time you shop.  The discount will be reflected at check out

Are there any order minimums?

No, there are no order minimums.

How do I place an order?

Once you selected the items you wish to purchase and added to cart, simply apply your trade discount code at checkout.  As a trade member you can also get quote and order assistance over email.  Just email us at Trade@rocoandxander.com for assistance.  Please allow 24hours for standard response time. 

Can I customize and order?

You can review our detailed shipping information here. As our trade member, your do qualify for free shipping to the receiver of your choice.  If you chose to utilize this option, please contact us prior to finalizing your order and we will help to process your order accordingly. 

What is your return policy?
